The "Swimming Pool & Sports" course, proposed by the Poseidon Sports Complex team of animators for October 2022, consists of a swimming pool activity in the morning (9h00-12h00) and sports activities in the afternoon (13h30-16h00).

The courses are open to all. Small groups. An fun time assured.

Members of our dance school and swimming school receive a 5 euro discount (click on the option in the next step).

Hot meals
Possibility to have a hot lunch with the collaboration of the Taverne Poséidon for the price of 6.50€ per day. The hot meal includes : Soup, main course and dessert. The children receive still water during the meal. Please let us know if you have any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements. If this is the case, the complex will check with the restaurant whether it is able to provide the requested meal. If this is not the case, the complex will inform the parents.

Daycare
Daycare is included in the price. You can drop off your child between 8:00 am to 9:00 am and pick up your child from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

To be foreseen
Provide snacks (2x day), lunch (if cold) and drinks for the day. Possibility of hot meals: + 6.50€/day.

Photos and videos
Throughout the course photos and videos are taken to share with you what your children are experiencing. They are sent to you the week after the course by email via a download link.

Some of these images could also be used as advertising material for the complex to illustrate its courses. Please be aware that very few of them are used for this purpose and we are extremely vigilant about the use of these images. We try to favour in the use of our photos for advertising purposes, photos taken from behind or from afar where children cannot be recognised or wearing creative masks etc...

Certificate of attendance

Only to be printed by you via the "MyPoseidon Sign in" application at the end of the course. Do not lose your access code.

General conditions specific to the courses

• Registration is only confirmed once payment for the course has been received. In case of non-payment within the requested deadline, the course registration can be cancelled by the complex. If you have to cancel the course, do it quickly and let us know, think of the children waiting for a place.
• The course must be paid in full within the time limit requested at the time of registration.
• Min. 8 children to guarantee the course

Cancellation of the course is subject to a cancellation fee:

• 3 weeks before the course: 10%.
• Between 3 and 2 weeks before the course: 20%.
• 1 week before the course: 80%.
• Once the course has started, no reimbursement will be made except for medical reasons on presentation of a certificate returned on the 1st day of absence: t.horspool@poseidon1200.be.

A 10€ cancellation fee will be charged for administrative management.
