Full description of the workshops:

Mixed fitness workshops for adults and seniors.

An activity that aims to transform the relationship with sport for all people aged 40 and over who may be interested!

The approach is entirely supportive, with each participant being in charge of their own journey.

The important thing is not to perform but to progress at your own pace, to gently push yourself and to have fun.

The primary goal is to get moving through sequences that are adapted and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, with a view to improving your ‘health capital’.

Music sets the tempo from the very first gentle warm-up exercises of the session, where muscle strengthening without added weights is combined with stretching and relaxation, and where yoga and Pilates are mixed with more playfulmovements.

It's the perfect combination to gently wake up the body!

These enjoyable, shared moments of physical activity have many benefits, including improved mobility and flexibility, reduced stiffness and aches and pains, improved coordination, balance and agility (which is very useful in preventing falls), reduced stress and improved sleep quality.

The classes are led by Eva, a former competitive gymnast.

With her wealth of experience, she adapts each session to the abilities and limitations of the participants in a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere.

She is regularly assisted by Jackie, also a competitive athlete.
