    Dear sports enthusiasts,

    We are pleased to expand our range of indoor activities with three new classes:

    • H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) – every Friday from 8 to 9 a.m.
    • Thighs Abs Glutes – every Monday and Wednesday from 7:40 to 8:25 a.m.
    • Cross Training – every Monday and Wednesday from 8.35am to 9.20am

    We invite you all to come and try out these new disciplines with Cédric and Théo, who are joining our team of instructors.

    LGBTQIA+ and inclusive self-defence

    Dear all,
    We would like to inform you that the last session of the LGBTQIA+ and inclusive self-defence course, taught by Tran, will take place on Sunday 1 June 2025.
    The other self-defence sessions taught by Kevin will continue as planned in June 2025.
