You have chosen Monday. Now all you have to do is determine the time of the lesson according to your child's swimming level.

How do I choose my level?

The first lesson of the day is for beginners and the last lesson of the day for advanced swimmers.
Sessions of 30 minutes and 45 minutes with children being collected from the changing rooms.
Duration in the water: 20 to 25 minutes and 35 to 40 minutes.

There are 2 levels per half hour (e.g. level 1 & 2, the first half hour, level 3 and 4 the second half hour, ...).
Students will progress from one level to the other (given as an indication) during the season:

4:20pm - 4:50pm
Group 1: Who have an apprehension of water.
Group 2: Who know how to put their head and blow into the water.

4.55pm - 7.25pm
Group 3: Who are comfortable in the water, can lie on their stomach and back with no support on the ground.
Group 4: Who are able to do the ventral and dorsal arrows with the flapping of their legs.

5.30pm - 6.00pm
Group 5: Who can swim in the BIG BASIN with at least one of the three swims (backstroke, breaststroke, crawl) over a distance of 25 m.
Group 6: Can swim backstroke, breaststroke and crawl with good technique over a distance of 50 m without stopping.

6.00pm - 6.45pm
Group 7: Who can swim backstroke, breaststroke and crawl with correct technique over a distance of 100 m without stopping.
Group 8: Who can master the 3 swims (backstroke, breaststroke and crawl) with very good technique over a distance of 150 m without stopping.

6.45pm - 7.30pm
Group 9: Who can master the 3 swims (backstroke, breaststroke and crawl) with almost excellent technique and be able to swim 300 m without stopping.
Group 10: Who can master the 3 swims (backstroke, breaststroke and crawl) with perfect technique and be able to swim 300 m without stopping.

New pupils: if your child cannot swim, please choose 4.20pm.

Note: Please do not enrol your child at a higher level than his or her own because the timetable suits you better. We would be obliged to refuse him/her in this level and move him/her down to a more suitable course and if the course in question is already full cancel the enrolment.

Required age :
The child must be at least 4 years old and maximum 12 years old.

The level test :
During the first lesson of each term (period) a level test is carried out by the school's instructors to assess the child's swimming level. The children will then be divided according to their level in their final group and the timetable is given to the parents at the end of the course. It is possible that the schedule chosen at the time of registration may change.

Class periods :
A full season has 3 periods, each corresponding to one term:

Period 1 September to December
Period 2 January to Easter
Period 3 Easter to June
Classes are not given during school holidays.

You will be asked to re-register your child for the following period at the end of each term. Re-enrolment is not automatic. Pupils at the school benefit from a priority re-enrolment period.
